Srushti deshmukh, in her third year of engineering she has begun preparation for UPSC. After her graduation she began to question whether or not she'd enjoy a career in engineer position. In the following years, she realized that her passion was in civil service and began to concentrate on it. She was urged by her parents to pursue careers in civil services and to prepare for exams. Her motivation was constant and she concentrated on becoming the IAS officer. For UPSC to be achieved the hard work of a lifetime is necessary. She was also preparing for UPSC exams while studying engineering. Everyday she carved out time for exam preparation. Within just one and a half months, she passed her engineering examinations, and stayed away from all social interactions. It is important to focus to be able to pass the exam. She is hoping to join a civil service. She made a lot of effort to make sure she passed the test on her first attempt. Every day, she read the newspapers to stay abreast of current affairs. On the internet, she gathered numerous study resources as well as watched Rajya Sabha TV.
